About
Us

The agency for businesses targeting remarkably hard to reach markets.

Saturated market? Senior buyers who ignore marketing and dodge sales calls? You've tried campaigns, content, outreach. Some worked briefly. Most didn't land.

After a decade in regulated, high-stakes markets, we know why marketing underperforms. It's rarely effort. It's usually a lack of structure, focus and commercial alignment. That's what we fix.

We turn fragmented marketing into a system that earns attention, builds trust and drives consistent commercial momentum.

Meet the people behind the engine.

The Team

Twenty One Twelve’s team includes copywriters, designers, strategists, techies, failed rugby players, and marketing superstars.

Founder

Henry McIntosh

Henry began his career as a copywriter and journalist before moving into digital strategy and commercial growth. He has written for leading global publications and led campaigns targeting some of the hardest-to-reach audiences, from ultra-high-net-worth individuals to complex enterprise buying centres. Over the past decade, he has worked with fintech and pharma organisations operating in regulated markets, frequently stepping in as interim CMO during periods of uncertainty or transition. Henry specialises in translating complex propositions into clear, commercially effective positioning. His approach combines structured thinking with disciplined execution.

Alongside Henry, she has helped develop the Growth Engine methodology through continuous iteration and real-world application. If your marketing feels like a collection of disorganised tactics and forgettable output, Chloe brings structure, pace and accountability. Just don’t challenge her to a workout.

What We Value

Commercial thinking

If it doesn’t contribute to pipeline, positioning or long-term growth, we’re not interested. We focus on work that moves the business forward, not activity that looks good on a report.

Structure over noise

Most marketing fails because it’s fragmented. We build systems, not campaigns. Everything we do is designed to compound over time, not spike and disappear.

Clarity over cleverness

We don’t chase attention for the sake of it. Clear positioning and sharp messaging will outperform “creative” ideas that confuse the buyer.

Intellectual honesty

If something isn’t working, we’ll say so. If a better route exists, we’ll push for it. You don’t need agreement from a partner, you need direction.

Predictable growth is engineered, not improvised.
