My name is Chloe, and I’m the Client Success Manager at Twenty One Twelve Marketing. I joined the company back in 2018, I was straight out of University and came on board as an ‘eager’ intern. Since then, I’ve grown into my role, getting a wealth of hands-on experience in partnership marketing, copywriting, paid ads and campaign management. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with clients across tech, SaaS, finance, hospitality, and sports industries, creating campaigns that drive both immediate and lasting commercial results.
At Twenty One Twelve, our core mission is to find the most efficient routes to growth for our client. As mentioned, we work with a wide variety of industries from SaaS and Finance to Learning & Development.
Some of my favourite collaborations have involved partnering clients with big brands to help amplify their brand’s message and reach their ideal target market, quickly. A standout campaign was a holiday competition I created for FOMO Mortgages by partnering them with LastMinute.com. By building a targeted marketing funnel and using a mix of social media content, collaborative newsletters, and paid ads, myself and the Twenty One Twelve team helped FOMO generate over 10,000 new subscribers in just four weeks—an exciting milestone for a brand fresh on the market.
Beyond professional services, I’ve also led many campaigns in the B2B space, helping companies reach more of their ideal clients. One example was a campaign for ProfitAbility, a leading organisation in the Learning and Development sector. The campaign involved designing a whitepaper that brought in high-profile leads from Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Danone, and Just Eat. From the initial user research to the final outreach on LinkedIn, this project highlights Twenty One Twelve’s belief in offering tangible value to prospective clients as the foundation for sustainable growth.
Working in a dynamic agency environment has taught me a lot about adaptability and creativity. I've learned that the most effective strategies aren’t just about big budgets or jumping on the latest trends—they require a clear understanding of the audience and a commitment to delivering genuine value. In my experience, partnership marketing is the art of building trust first, in the words of my Director (and mentor), Henry McIntosh, “you’ve got to buy them a drink first”. At Twenty One Twelve, we continue to help our clients build that trust, helping them drive sustainable growth through impactful campaigns and strategic partnerships.
