In our experience, swapping content with a complementary but non-competitive partner can be a quick way to generate leads for B2B and professional services businesses.


It’s as simple as writing a newsletter for one of your referral partners and allowing them to do the same for your database.


You need to ensure that you focus on providing value in the newsletter, but you should also include a call to action or an offer to allow your partner’s audience to get in touch.


Allow your partner to top and tail the email and introduce their relationship to you, as a preferred supplier.


If it works well, consider how else you could collaborate, whether it’s more newsletters, a webinar or even an event.
